It was also a delight to meet with Cees Links, the CEO of SuperLight Photonics (also known as the Father of WiFi). Together with CTO and founder Haider Zia, they have built a small robust battery-powered wideband laser that has wide promise for industrial and medical imaging. Cees explains they have funding from both public (Oost NL) and (private) DeepTechXL and that it is wise to choose your investors carefully.
